    Phase conjugate Empty Phase conjugate

Post  nil Thu Nov 05, 2009 1:25 pm

    Hello,
I've just begun learning adaptive optics and need hlep with the following problem.
I'm trying to calculate phase conjugate of an image. I obtained an interferogram using Michelson-type interferometer, processed it using Hilbert transform. Now I need to calculate its phase conjugate. Can I do it by simply taking the result of Hilbert transform and taking its complex conjugate? Is the phase map of interferogram and its conjuagted phase map identical ? In my results the phase conjuagted map is flipped by 180 degrees.

    Can someone pls help?

    Thank you in advance.
